      This starter kit focuses on the simplest vitamin protocol for Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG) patients that minimizes dosing by combining our one month supply of both CelebrateONE-45 multivitamin with iron and our popular Calcium Citrate Soft Chews.  Color of the GoStak™ may vary.

      *Mixed Fruit now contains Lemon Cream, Strawberry Banana Cream, and Watermelon.

      Daily Dose:

      • CelebrateONE-45 - 1 Chewable or 1 Capsule or as directed
      • Calcium Soft Chew – 3 Soft Chews (to provide 1500 mg of calcium citrate daily) or as directed
      • Appropriate for: Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy / Gastric Bypass

      Formulation:

      CelebrateONE-45

      • CelebrateONE-45 contains all of the vitamins and minerals in a single dose option, patients just need to add calcium. This one dose daily bariatric multivitamin meets or exceeds the ASMBS standards of multivitamin and iron after weight loss surgery. This integrated formula provides maximum bioavailability as we carefully selected each form of vitamin and mineral to enhance interaction and absorption. Our CelebrateONE-45 is available in a chewable (Tropical Twist flavor) or capsule.
      • The only single dose bariatric multivitamin that utilizes a 50/50 blend of beta carotene and retinal palmitate.
      • The only single dose bariatric multivitamin that utilizes a 50/50 blend of vitamin B12 using both Methylcobalamin and Cyanocobalamin.
      • Water-Miscible Vitamins A, D and E (WM): We utilize dry, water-miscible forms of vitamins A, D and E to further enhance absorption. This means that these nutrients do not need to be taken with fat to optimize absorption, unlike many fat-soluble vitamins included in other brands.
      • Chelated Minerals: Mineral-Chelation means "attaching to." By chelating our minerals to an amino acid (the building block of protein), we have increased the likelihood that these minerals will be absorbed in a low-acidic environment.

      Calcium Soft Chew

      • Our Calcium soft chews are soft, delicious, won’t stick to your teeth and provide calcium citrate (500 mg) and vitamin D3 (500 IU/12.5 mcg) in each serving. This bariatric supplement meets the ASMBS standards of calcium supplementation after weight loss surgery.
      • Water-Miscible Vitamin D (WM): We utilize a dry, water-miscible form of vitamin D to further enhance absorption. This means that this nutrient does not need to be taken with fat to optimize absorption, unlike many fat-soluble vitamins included in other brands.

      IMPORTANT:

      • The Celebrate Starter Kits help simplify our large supplement catalog. Each kit meets the 2019 ASMBS Guideline for the specific surgery. They should serve as a guideline and in no way substitute for medical advice. Ask your health professional before starting any dietary supplement, and communicate if you experience any side effects.
      • Excess vitamin A intake, beta-carotene or carotenoid forms excepted, may increase the risk of birth defects and may contribute to osteoporosis. Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should not exceed 10,000 IU of vitamin A per day, beta-carotene or carotenoid forms excepted, unless instructed to do so by a healthcare practitioner.
      • If you are experiencing persistent nausea, vomiting, GI upset, or other symptoms contact your healthcare provider immediately.

      WARNING:

      • Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
      • Patients should follow the instructions of their bariatric surgeon regarding proper supplementation. Proper supplementation should be viewed as an individualized regimen based on each patient’s individual medical history, laboratory studies, and current medication use.

      CelebrateONE-45

      • All iron dosages are listed as elemental levels.
      • Our formula utilizes a 50/50 blend of methylcobalamin and cyanocobalamin to optimize absorption and prevent deficiencies.
      • By blending pre-formed (retinyl palmitate) and beta-carotene to make up our vitamin A, we are providing the safest and most effective approach available for this key vitamin. This blend allows your body to regulate its intake of vitamin A, absorbing only what it needs to function properly and excrete the rest.
      • It is important to keep in mind that the ASMBS guidelines will require additional calcium supplementation. This product may NOT be taken at the same time as calcium to prevent absorption interference. Allow a 2-hour window.
      • It is important to look for a product manufactured in a GMP Certified facility. A GMP Certified facility is one that has proven to have good manufacturing practices. This is a pharmaceutical certification that ensures products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards.
