Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped direct to Australia and New Zealand customers from our USA warehouse . Parcels will be transited through Celebrate Vitamins local partnered shipping couriers — AusPost or Aramex/Fastway Couriers — for completed delivery. The delivery times are expected from when you receive your dispatch confirmation email and full parcel tracking is available within 5 days of dispatch. 

Shipping 

The following shipping methods are available:

Australia – AusPost 

  • 6 - 9 business days
  • Typically dispatched within 24 hours
  • Flat $15 per order
  • Dispatched with a tracking number

New Zealand – AusPost + Fastway Couriers 

  • 6 - 12 business days
  • Typically dispatched within 24 hours
  • Flat $15 per order
  • Dispatched with a tracking number

General Information

The above time frames act as a guideline only and delivery to Western Australia, Northern Territory and regional areas may take longer. It is possible that some orders may be subject to longer transit time due to potential air freight or courier delays, customs hold, severe and widespread weather events, or any other complications outside of Celebrate Vitamins' control.

Celebrate Vitamins cannot take responsibility for incorrectly addressed parcels or lost/stolen parcels once delivered. If shipping to a business address, please make sure to include the business name in the delivery address. PO Box and Parcel Locker deliveries are accepted. Signature is required upon delivery.

In the unlikely event that your parcel does not reach you within the expected delivery time frame, or if you are unable to track your parcel online, please let our friendly customer service team know here and we will gladly get back to you.

Regulations

Celebrate Vitamins respects the rules and regulations of both Australia and New Zealand’s import conditions. We would like to caution customers that there are restrictions on some substances being imported into Australia and New Zealand — check with TGA and Medsafe if you are unsure.

Returns and Exchanges

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed with Celebrate Vitamins!

  • Unopened and undamaged product with all original factory seals intact may be returned within 60 days of original purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • Opened items may be exchanged for any product of equal or lesser value. There will be no additional shipping for replacement products. All exchanges are final.
  • Prior to returning product, a return authorization number is required and may be obtained by emailing Celebrate's customer service department at sales@celebratevitamins.au. Orders returned without prior authorization will not be credited so please call us first and we will get you taken care of.
  • Returned orders that are not received within 60 days of original purchase will NOT be credited.
  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits due on orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
  • In the event that all or part of an order is returned that involved free items or free shipping, the cost of such will be deducted from any amount owed to the customer following the return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Items purchased at retail stores or other channels aside from celebratevitamins.au must adhere to the point of sales refund policy. We do not offer refunds on those purchases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 72 hours of our notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged or for products of equal or lesser value. If you need to perform an exchange, send us an email at sale@celebratevitamins.au From there you will be given further instructions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
